Remember who you are, what you are, and who you represent

I have a plan. For the first time in my life, I have a plan.

My plan is to get better.

I'm going to be better at everything that I do. I'm going to be a better brother and a better son. I'm going to be a better friend. I'm going to be a better partner to Helen.

I feel good. And I'm going to feel better.

It's all in the mind.

Peace x

  2. You once very kindly gave myself and Steve (Helen's Cousin) a roof over our heads for the night while we were in London. I was totally out of the loop before I read this but I'm so glad your recovering, you are a hardcore motherhubbard.

  3. Hi there, my sister Jennie recommended your blog to me today and just reading it made me laugh out loud the way her writing does too - if it wasn't such an (apt) cliche, I would say it was mind-blowing to read about all that you have been through. And it strikes me that the very thought you have of being a better brother, son, friend and partner suggests you are already pretty awesome and have no need to worry. Looking forward to more bloggage soon, and peace back atcha.
